Mechanical top drive JDL-5

Function Introduction:

The JDL-5 mechanical top drive drilling rig is a multifunctional drilling equipment independently developed by our company, which integrates 75-90 ° drilling, water collection drilling, and gas drilling functions (national invention patent: ZL201510479602.4). It adopts a twelve speed manual gearbox, with a wide speed range, sensitive and convenient forward and reverse switching, and transmission efficiency twice that of hydraulic transmission. The power consumption is greatly reduced. Compared with traditional exploration drilling rigs, it has the advantages of easy relocation, greatly reducing operation assistance time, and being more efficient and energy-saving. The new drilling technology of mud and casing in complex geological exploration has been implemented, which solves the problem of low construction efficiency of rotary drilling machines in hard rock layers, gravel and pebble layers.
