The Julong JY series fully hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company based on the advanced technology of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad. Mainly suitable for drilling solid mineral deposits, it can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, as well as engineering drilling for tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting. The drilling rig adopts full hydraulic drive, and the power head rotation is driven by axial piston pump and inclined shaft piston motor. It has two mechanical gears with stepless speed regulation and advanced structure. The power head adopts a double speed feeding mechanism of oil cylinder chain, which moves smoothly and reliably. It is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism of the power head. The mast can slide as a whole when lifted and lowered by an oil cylinder, and can drill holes within a range of 45-90 ° during construction. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, which has high work efficiency and high torque. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic horse clamps, hydraulic leveling support legs, extendable mast and other devices, which facilitate the quick positioning of the drilling rig. Configure wireless remote control tracks, suitable for various terrains, to control the crawling of the drilling rig within a safe distance and prevent sudden danger.
