Mechanical top drive JDL-280

The mechanical top drive series drilling rig is a water well drilling equipment independently developed by the company, which integrates water drilling and gas drilling functions (national invention patent: ZL201510479602.4). It adopts a 525 gearbox for vehicles, which doubles the transmission efficiency compared to hydraulic transmission, reduces power consumption by 35%, and is more efficient and energy-saving. Solved the difficulties of drilling with air down the hole hammer in soil layers and the low construction efficiency of rotary drilling machines in hard rock layers, gravel, and pebble layers.

Main features of drilling rig:

1. The drilling rig can reach a speed range of 33-1120r/min, and the maximum output torque is 9800N. m.

2. The drilling rig adopts a long stroke double speed mechanism and a mechanical power head, with a power head stroke of 2400mm, to improve drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of drilling blockage and burning accidents.

3. The drilling rig adopts dual oil pumps for oil supply, with a single pump used for drilling and dual pumps combined for lifting and lowering; Low power loss and short auxiliary time.
