The mechanical top drive series drilling rig is a water well drilling equipment independently developed by the company, which integrates water drilling and gas drilling functions (national invention patent: ZL201510479602.4). The drilling rig adopts a vehicle 525 gearbox, and the gear switching is sensitive and convenient. The transmission efficiency is twice that of hydraulic transmission, and the power consumption is reduced by 35%, making it more efficient and energy-saving. Solved the difficulties of drilling with air down the hole hammer in soil layers and the low construction efficiency of rotary drilling machines in hard rock layers, gravel, and pebble layers.

Main features of drilling rig:

1. The drilling rig can reach a speed range of 27-901r/min, and the maximum output torque is 10500N. m.

2. The drilling rig adopts a long stroke double speed mechanism and a mechanical power head with a stroke of 3500mm, which is used to improve drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of drilling blockage and burning accidents.

3. The drilling rig adopts dual oil pumps for oil supply, with a single pump used for drilling and dual pumps combined for lifting and lowering; Low power loss and short auxiliary time.

4. Adopting a tracked chassis, the leg oil cylinder has a stroke of 1.5m and can automatically load the vehicle, making relocation and transportation convenient.

5. Drilling rig in machinery. Reserved functional interfaces in the hydraulic system can be expanded according to the process requirements of different users.
